What is the goal or the problem, and why is it important?
Developers should practice/learn the skills needed to create these applications. This application would/should include the basic components that are to be used when designing the BNM views.
How are you going to achieve the goal or solve the problem?
Once completing a review/learning session of the needed languages and skills #10 (closed), this practice application can be built utilizing just those skills learned or by following a written/video guide.
What will be produced as a result of this effort and where will it live on GitLab?
- a list of sources and notes made while completing this effort will be added as comments on this issue.
- any useful "boilerplate" code for components may be uploaded to the frontend folder on FillOrder

The goal is not to see complex applications but to attempt to design and work with the components that will be used in BNM designs.
Outcome
Developed a familiarity with React by creating a basic Web App and researching typical component designs. The following resources were useful in this process:

As a result of this research, in future sprints we will be able to "hit the ground running" when dealing with competent design in React for FillOrder.
This, and discussion of backend development, has shown that we should also look into react-redux to help with the communication process with backend data.
