refactor: addinventoryfrontend updated docker compose for newly required networks and port numbers

-Added logic to ensure that submitted weight can't be less than 0 -Updated shared network between AddInventoryFrontend and inventoryBackend so they can communicate (backend actually uses forwarded port of 10202 instead of 10201)
