Learn SCRUM issue boards before project

Most of this learning was done in class with Professor Wurst's guidance on Thursday, February 11th! We continued to discuss the issue cards and how to use them as a group after that. We believe we have learned all/most of what we should know about the SCRUM issue boards before starting this project now and are comfortable relocating this particular card to the done tab!
