Possible fixes
See:
GuestDatabaseRegistrationActivity.java
FourthFormFragment.java
fragment_guest_database_registration_fourth_form.xml
strings.xml / strings.xml (b+es) / array.xml
Possible Solutions: The issue seems to lie in strings.xml / strings.xml(b+es) / arrays.xml. If you look in fragment_guest_database_registration_fourth_form.xml you will notice that many of the android:text and android:entries views reference strings or array entries that don't have corresponding spanish translations. Add in the proper spanish translations and the issue should resolve itself.
