Summary
Currently, there are two layouts within the nav_graph_database_registration.xml file that seem to have no use or are old. Those two are the DBR_FifthFormFragment as it has no way to get to the fragment and DBR_StartFragment which is no longer needed due to the future fix of Issue #403 (closed).
Current Behavior
To see the behavior of DBR_FifthFormFragment, you have to look at the nav_graph_database_registartion.xml file and see that the fragment has no entrance. For the DBR_StartFragment, you would see that it asks for an option to fill a form out or scan a barcode. This is old as you have to fill out the form and then at the end you enter your barcode.
Benefits (Why is it necessary?)
This will clean up the code base and will make the nav_graph_database_registration easier to understand.
