Summary
When a user attempts to register, there is no date field that is ever asked for. When the data from the registration is uploaded to the remote database, the date field is hard coded to say "some date".
Steps to reproduce
Registering any fake data into the guest registration feature
What is the current bug behavior?
The hard coded phrase "some date" shows up in the database php site instead of the correct date of registration.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The current date should be recorded into the database.

(Paste any relevant logs - please use code blocks (```) to format console output, logs, and code, as it's very hard to read otherwise.)
Possible fixes
GuestRegistrySource.java file has it hard coded, just needs to change it so the current date is added.
