What is the goal or the problem, and why is it important?
Right now, a "Golden Bear Order" or a "Custom Order" can be selected when placing an order. When selecting "Custom Order", you are then prompted with a list of check boxes to pick which items you want in your order.
How are you going to acheive the goal or solve the problem?
This should be fixed by prompting the user with an error message when no item is selected when "Custom Order" is chosen and the submit order button is pressed.
What will be produced as a result of this effort and where will it live on GitLab?
The result of this will be a functioning validation system that will display an error message if no items are selected during a custom order. This change will be found in the source code of the placeordermodule.

What was the outcome?
Now when custom order is selected, an item from the custom order must be selected as well, in order for the sumbit button to be activated
