The device is not turning on

The device is turning on and I can see the PostmarketOS logo on the boot screen. It says 'loading...' for a while, and then either the phone restarts or the animation under the loading text freezes and stays that way. I've been trying to solve this for a long time but I haven't been able to, and I need help.
