Oscillating Max Energy

I've attached an example of an input case that oscillates the max energy, as well as the case in which it converges with a manually inputted max energy guess. Aside from selecting all of the species under the Biagi_Ar xsec file, here's a short list showing the changes to default settings that I made, which are highlighted in the attached image:

• Terms: 2
• Pressure: 1 torr
• Linear E/N Range: Start at 0.4 Td, Stop at 0.4 Td, N = 1
• Grid Points: 2000

From the oscillating case, the energies oscillated between 7.07 eV and 5.74 eV. For the converging case, I changed the max energy to 6.5 eV, about halfway between the two.
