Initial ships are incorrectly priced bug
The original MOO1 has a bug with pre-defined ships -- if one design a new ship that is identical to an existing one, it costs less than the one built in. For example, the scout ship costs 10, but rebuilding it only costs 8 (see first and last ship in the image). I think the built-in ones should have the same cost as the ones built by users.
