Refactor logs

Improve the quality of INFO and TRACE logs in the code:

• Trace every event
• Provide feedback to the user in the console when an action is taken or a major event occurs

Refactor the logging system:

• Automatic source / sink mapping is not flexible enough
• Base sessions (HTTPSession, ...) should produce logs with the correct prefix
