Skip curseforge.com external links redirection transition page

I can't find an option to add custom or user-defined rules yet, though it looks like it was planned. An easy way to at least quickly add this ability initially could be to add an extra box in the addon's options that is empty by default for a URL to a file of extra rules to load that could be on a server or a local file:// (could opt to support multiple URLs there too).

For now, it'd be useful for this cleaning rule to be added to save time when browsing this site. External links on curseforge.com content pages go through an intermediate redirection page, similarly to pages already skipped by ClearURLs such as the transition page to external links on Steam sites. You can see these "dirty links" this on mod pages that link to their own site or another uncommon/non-whitelisted site.
