How often the rules are updated?

I haven't found an answer and I also don't know how to manually initiate an update. "Rules status" in the addon menu is shown as "updated" also after a fresh installation. I don't think that the build-in set of rules can be updated without updating the addon, meaning that the filters are generally out of date for new users.

Support for Steam was recently added and the tracking parameters (https://store.steampowered.com/search/?term=half-life) are intact for me.
