Wireguard kernel module build for Synology SRM 1.3

Thanks again for your ongoing efforts maintaining these scripts. This is a follow up to issue #3 (closed).

AFAICT the kernel version was updated in SRM 1.3 but Synology have not yet released the corresponding source or toolchains on their SourceForge site.

Just wondering if you've had any success building the Wireguard kernel module for SRM 1.3.
