Hotfix - 0.82.1

Leaving this as a draft since I haven’t changed system.json or anything yet. Figured this is such a small change that it might be worth waiting for some other issues to come up and push them all to this hot fix.

Issues addressed:

• Fix notes not displaying on mook-sheet
• #494 (closed) (cyberware corruption)
• #496 (closed) (Mooks show NaN for skill checks)
