[Feature] Home Tab: Add Home tab to navigation

**Overview: ** As a user, I want to open the Budget App and have the app open to the Home Tab and have the home tab accessible from other tabs

Acceptance Criteria:

• Opening the Budget App opens the Home tab first
• The Home tab is visible from the Budget and Expense Tabs

1. Create Budget App Home Lighting Page

• Go to Setup → Lightning App Builder
• Click New → App Page

2. Add Budget App Home Lighting Page as a navigation page to the Budget App

• Still in Setup → App Manager → Budget App → Edit
• Under Navigation Items, click Add
• Find the Lightning App Page you just created (it will appear as an item you can add)
• Add it to the top / first position so it’s your landing page

3. Build the UI of the Budget App Home Lighting Page
