Support for Data URIs

Initially support was needed for the obvious schemas. Those being:

• webcal
• https
• optionally http

Now data:text/calendar should also be an option for the source type. Additionally the landing page should be adjusted to allow for file uploads of ics files, which can then be added to the created url.
