Parse a timeline file to do the following:

• With classify command, classify all the employees, considering not only their factors, but also the factor dates. I.e. implement a sort of cooldown, which devalues factors that happened long ago.
• With timeline command, just print out cumulative risk values and classifications, by date. Also, include cooldown.
• Implement cooldown config.
