Breezy Weather: don't mark alpha/beta releases as suggested

I don't know if you already have an algorithm to not mark alpha/beta releases as suggested, but I seem to remember it was not the case the last time we had a beta release. In the other case, please disregard my request.

If everything goes well, I'm about to release v6.0.0-alpha of Breezy Weather after 2025-06-26 19:00 UTC, which will leave us a few hours of testing from the non-IzzyOnDroid repo users early testers before the next check from your repo on 2025-06-27 18:00 UTC. Still, I would like for this alpha version to not be marked as suggested, and leave v5.4.8 as the currently suggested version.
