Category:

Navigation (not really, but geo stuff seems to go in Navigation, e.g. SMASH)

Summary/Description:

One can export a qgis project to a zip or directory, and then load it into QField. One can then see the data rendered using the qgis styles, and with e.g TMS layers displayed. One can edit layers (marked editable in export) and in particular add points from GPS positions, including external high-accuracy GPS via bluetooth, and then send that data back to the desktop.

I have not dug into the build hard, but it's a project that seems like it should be doing things ok with the usual minor infractions. I could not figure out how to run your scanner without building it, sorry. Please feel free to tell me to try harder.
