RFC/E on Meta-RFPs: Your caregory lists via IzzyOnDroid/&c

N.B.: I know this proposal is time-consuming & perhaps not in your FLOSSophy, but it's worthy asking, I think.

You've made quite a few nice app lists, but I realize the contents themselves (e.g., the Ad Blocker 1) aren't necessarily available via any appstore/manager, but instead are scattered over the 'Net in a random-access manner. If sensible to do in an automated fashion, could it make sense to include them in F-Droid-compatible repos — IzzyOnDroid itself or other custom repos — for easier comparison/management/access?
