Smokebomb damage balance
I noticed while playing my thief the amount of damage smoke bomb does is unbalanced compared to other spells.
At 750 dexterity and a .5 damage smoke bomb rune does 450 damage a tick for 10 ticks, that adds up to over 4k damage.
At 2k intellect with a 11.7 damage fire blast rune does 1.2k damage.
Smoke bomb would do nearly 1k per tick if someone had 2k dexterity. One tick of smoke bomb would do nearly as much damage as one fire blast while doing 9 more ticks after that.
