Movement queue speed is linked to monitor refresh rate
I was having really weird issues with my movement speed being sent really fast, and then sometimes disappearing. I finally nailed it down as dependent on monitor refresh rate. I have 2 monitors, one is 144hz, the other is 60hz, when I have them both on, they both default to 60hz. When I'm running a single 144hz monitor, my movement speed queues up uncontrollably fast. when I'm running 60hz, the movement speed is normal.
Using a 144 hz monitor results in movement commands being issued uncontrollably fast (ie, tapping A sends 4 tile commands, making it very difficult to move 1 tile over)
changing to 60 hz monitor, the issue goes away.
