Visual glitch in inventory with dragging items

Reproduce:

• Pick up item by dragging
• Drag item to the space between items, the lighter area (the dividers between squares)
• Let go of dragging
• Notice that item still follows cursor
• Click with item (still in hand, but not holding down to move) on another item
• Notice weird visuals
