Cannot download plugin SDK

I downloaded the plugin from the marketplace and then restarted the IDE. No option shows up in order to download the SDK. On a sidenote : while the displayed date seems to be the latest (may 2023) the version is still shown as 0.4.2, Does that mean I didn't downloaded the 1.1.0 ?

Using IntelliJ IDEA 2022.2.1 (Ultimate) on Windows 10.
