'block_statement_part' Typo in Appendix

Titouan Vervack from Sigasi reported to following issue via email on 10.02.2021:

Dear VHDL Working Group,

Going through the VHDL 2019 EBNF I've noticed a likely typo in the declaration of block_statement_part in the appendix, not in the actual chapter 11.2.

The appendix has the following declaration, however as far as I'm aware, there should be no block_declarative_item in there.

block_statement_part ::=
{ block_declarative_item }concurrent_statement
