LRM Typo: Reference to Section 11.9 is nonexistent - #2

In section 6.4.2.2, page 90:

a generate parameter is a constant within the corresponding generate statement (see 11.9).

Section 11.9 is nonexistent. It should read:

a generate parameter is a constant within the corresponding generate statement (see 11.98).
