library version confusion (2.13? 2.14? 2.19?)

I wonder what the latest version of this library is, and where to find it.

at https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.id4me/relying-party-api, the latest version seems to be 2.19 from August 2020
this repository here seems to contain 2.13 (as far as the documentation is concerned)
or 2.14 (as far as pom.xml is concerned)
