problems with 'background rendering' mode
In surface rendering modes we have smooth / flat / unshaded / background. The last one should turn on lines and render faces with viewer background color (or just black?). It does not seem to work properly now.
Examples:

load shock.inp with UCD reader -> switch to 'background' rendering -> result is gary unshaded surface and no lines

use default test field 2D -> switch to 'background' rendering -> as a result you can see nothing (actually there is a black surface without lines)

use default test field 3D -> create isosurface -> in isosurface switch to 'background' rendering -> result is a gray isosurface with lines visible
