Form macros generate duplicate IDs
I fixed this for some of the role selection forms where it broke controls, but this is a problem everywhere. Ideally we'd change the ID generation in WTForms to use something like formname:fieldname rather than just fieldname.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
