Implement facited search

It would be good to allow a user to filter what they are seeing by filtering based on certain fields(like notification type, person, etc.)

Something like the UI we have when filtering issues here on GitLab would be good. After much searching I've found this library or this article

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
