Fix URI not opening manual · 63d6fc81
      HiPhish authored
This issue was that the autocommand was set up in the lazily loaded
portion of the code. I have added an autocommand to the initial loading
which will lazily load the script when an Info URI is opened.

The initial autocommands are now grouped and will be removed after the
script has been fully loaded. This will clean up the autocommands when
      they are no longer needed.

Remove code literal syntax highlighting · e538829b
      HiPhish authored
There is not enough markup in an info file to make inline literals
reliable, leading to too many false positives, especially if Lisp code
      is involved.

      Implement lazy loading · 065069a6
      HiPhish authored
The plugin will now load only the bare minimum at startup, the rest will
be loaded when the ':Info' command is called the first time.

Do not require execution rights for mock info · 573da381
      HiPhish authored
The mock info is a shell script, we should pass it as an argument to
'sh' instead of executing it directly.

Support references with colon in name · a53bc4bd
      HiPhish authored
A colon character might be part of the name in a reference as long as it
is not followed by whitespace. Such references can be found in the
documentation for Guile procedure keywords like '#:accessor'.

Do not recognise headings with indentation · ff6bae2b
      HiPhish authored
I don't know if headings can have indentation, but for now this will
avoid false positives when dealing with lists like:

          3.14
          6.28
          ...

Here the lasts two lines could be interpreted as a heading if
      indentation is allowed.
