The LLVM version is too old.

Hello! Currently the version is 9.0 while 11.0 is already stable. There are many improvements in the modern version. This update is neccessary for Rust because it depends on LLVM for the optimizations. It is not fair and not correct to compare LLVM 9.0 to modern GCC 10.2. We like this project because it allows us to compare performance of ACTUAL implementations of languages and without this update benchmarks of Rust are not objective.
