Rename records and input tabs to input and edit

The records tab has become the primary way to input time. It would make more sense to users if it were named input and the current input times page were named edit.

Though honestly you can input and edit from the records tab. The current input tab is more meant as an input from paper or a manual time input. So more thought around this may be helpful.

It is really easy to re-label the buttons though. It is also suggested that the order would go Input, Send, Receive, Edit, Overview.
