[Feature Request] Logging

It would be great if it were possible to turn on some level of logging in Settings, to help trace issues when they occur. Being able to work out if the reason a scrape were faulting was because of a 404 or because the returned data was not in the expected form, or what process was running which caused the Please Wait to sometimes just run and run.

The app is amazing, and I know it's very much 'in development'; some access to logging in the release version would just really help with feeding back.
