Airship does not reach its destination sometimes

I took the airship from Sandy to Jeuno and I was on it for 37 minutes and it never docked. The floor was also not appearing, and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Picture is attached. I even logged out and logged back in but I was still on the ship. I originally left at :53 and was still on the ship at :32 the next hour.

I saw the airship reach Jeuno but the boat ride never ended. I eventually gave up at :33, a total of 40 minutes later, and warped because the ride would not end.
