Fix Issue 46

there was 2 issues after clicking on an inexistant bookmark :

  1. Moving the mouse during the red flash displayed a "ghost cursor"
  2. If displaying a preview, the Palette was not properly restored after the red flash, it was only restored right after the preview was redrawn. Si if the user clicked the filename field, the preview was not redrawn and the wrong palette was still displayed.
