Added --enable-threads={none,lurc,pthreads} to configure
Added support for no threads and lurc threads.
Basic srfi-18 support extended for lurc, plus lurc.stk for additionnal
 functions.
New GC with lurc support.
Examples in examples/thread.stk
boot.stk now generated in configure
callcc.stk out of r5rs.stk
