      "make test" was run
          - on Linux 300 times
          - Macos Mojave 100 times
          - Android 100 times
without hanging. Hope this is "really" fixed this time and that we can
close the Issue #215 (Tests hang sometimes)

Big review of all Makefiles · 4f6d5d24
      Erick authored
All the Makefile.am have been reviewed and cleaned. Now, make
uninstall cleans all the files and directories created. The only
directories which are not removed are bin include lib and share (they
could have been created if the prefix is not standard, but removing
them, probably being root, is too dangerous).

As before, C compiled files contains module information. · 549d0cee
      Erick authored
This information was no more produced since commit b02e5d7c.
The main reason, was that module information was not used.

      However,
       - it breaks the usage of old ScmPkg packages.
       - it could be useful for external tools to find the symbols/syntax defined
         in mixed modules
       - the string whch contain the information is generally not too big

Consequently, the production of module information is reintroduced with this
      commit.

As a consequence, mixed-code modules have to add a `DEFINE_MODULE_INFO` at the
end of the C file (to avoid a C compilation warning).
