Bug - Campaign submissions not going to the map

Since I could not get a campaign suggestion to show up on Tara's map

I added 2 test sites here https://new.opengreenmap.org/browse/sites?map=63fc105464ec780100ab915a&visibility=1 and these do not appear on the map or cover page. I checked the Team manage page and saw 30 campaign contributions, so I added one more - that 30 did not change

tests dont appear on the CSV or if I filter by unpublished or pending

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
