Spells with abnormal level cause issues
That is, spells with level outside of the expected 0 to 9 range.
This at minimum causes the spell to become a ghost entry on the actor.
Although this is not a problem for spells created via the UI (as far as I can tell), the system behaves poorly in handling such erroneous data.
This becomes more obvious issue when this spell is included on a character in a compendium cataloged by the bestiary browser (e.g. as seen with #1106 (closed)).
!372 (merged) improves the situation some, but either the spellbooks need to be able to show unleveled spells, or spell migration needs to force some arbitrary valid level for them. Forcing an arbitrary level obscures the problem and produces even more wrong data however.
