パイプラインのdocker/fistr1が失敗する

docker/fistr1が

ERROR: failed to initialize builder multiarch (multiarch0): Error response from daemon: client version 1.42 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version

というエラーで失敗するので、 .gitlab-ci.yml を修正する
