solid + shell model fails to solve

Hello FrontISTR developers, this is a simple linear elastic structural model that contains one solid body of tet4 and one shell body of tri3. The solver shows the error message as follows

 loading step=    1

 loading_factor=    0.0000000   1.0000000
 ERROR: MUMPS job=           4 , INFOG(1)=         -10 , INFOG(2)=         462
 ERROR: MUMPS returned with error         -10

The manual says multiple !Element blocks are supported, but my simple case cannot be solved. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this? thank you.
