First Time User. 1.3FreeDOS Live CD Did Not Work on Flash Drived

I am a first time user.

I downloaded FD13Live.iso. I wrote it to a flash drive with Rufus 3.18 under Windows 7 SP1. . I got no errors. I ran checkdisk on the flash drive. It said no errors.

When I try to boot, I get a display from Syslinux 4.07 2013 07 25.

I then get a repeating message:

Could not find kernel image: /fdos/bin/chain.32.

On my flash drive I find chain.32, but it is at /isolinux/
