DJGPP missing from the BonusCD of FreeDOS 1.4

IA16-GCC is non-functional without DJGPP, which was (probably) accidentally omitted in FreeDOS 1.4 despite being a dependency. Since Jim Hall uses IA16-GCC, this seems like an oversight. Can DJGPP be re-added in a future update?
