Easy way to change OS Language

Create an easy way for an end user to change the system language after installation. Maybe create a SETLANG.BAT that will change the version of FreeCOM, country information and codepage settings. Maybe even update installer and FDAUTO.BAT to just use that batch to set most settings at boot as well.
