Some programs do not seem to use NLS, here's a quick list

As per your advice, I'm copying the bug I filed on FD-NLS here. The following programs have translations but they don't seem to make use of them, so here's a list as a reminder. Tested with FreeDOS 1.3-RC5 in French and Turkish. If I find others, I'll add them here.
