sysutils/plasma5-discover: update to hotfix release

A denial-of-service bug was found in Discover. Now, Discover doesn't
do much useful work on a FreeBSD system, but there's a release,
let's chase it anyway. (Anyone looking to do packagekit-for-pkg
would be more than welcome)
