* Switch to DISTVERSION
* Use upstream release tarball
* Backport upstream commit a26a20d7ca3feb08476a8a19fd97c3ececcc1e2e
  to fix build with fmt 12.0.0
* Adjust USES
* Remove USE_CXXSTD, unnecessary
* Remove post-install section and use PLIST instead
* Based on patch submitted by Paavo-Einari Kaipila <pkaipila@gmail.com>
