security/pkcs11-tools: update to 2.5.0

 - Use USES=autoreconf:build instead of BUILD_DEPENDS autoconf and
   automake.
 - Remove ".include <bsd.port.options.mk>" from Makefile
 - Reorder some variables and put it in correct blocks
